Description

Sit back and relax while the magic happens for your next event. With a Platinum Package all your wildest dreams will be realised with these comprehensive inclusions:

Graphic Design Work

Digital Design and Mockup of your event prepared for your approval.  

Custom backdrop printed and supplied. Typically our large Round Backdrop with partial A1 sizes personalisation or a BO size (1400 x 1000), or Backdrop to fit the Candy Cart custom size. To be confirmed with client.

Custom Graphics prepared for your event.   This does not include any custom illustrations.

Balloons

6m Balloon Garland – colours to suit theme and styling.  

Central Display Area/Backdrop

The Platinum Package includes 2 backdrop media.  The backdrops available are:

• 2.4m x 2.2m Large Format printed Backdrops
• Mesh Backdrops Round, Square or Arch
• Solid Arch Backdrop
• Solid Square Backdrop
• Hollow Arch
• Custom Printed Backdrops by shape or theme
• Alternative suitable to theme by arrangement

Dessert Display

One variant of display can be selected (extra will be charged to the package if multiples are required)

• Plinths (2 or 3)
• Dessert Table covered with floor length cover or timber table.
• Candy Cart dressed to a high standard specific to chosen theme.

Cake stands, dessert displays and props to central display area.

Basic floral elements and/or props to theme.   If you require more floral elements then we will quote you for this separately. 

Children’s Table

Children’s Table or Picnic to seat 10 dressed to a high standard including theme specific decorations:

• 10 children’s chairs to match theme
• 10 Coordinated plates, cups and napkins
• 10 Water bottles wrapped to match theme
• 10 Party Hats
• 10 Loot Bag to match theme (supplied empty)

Cake

A cake is not included within the package as every client has different requirements including self supply. We are happy to liaise with you and quote on your requirements.

Desserts

40 Themed desserts include:

• 10 cupcakes
• 10 cake pops
• 10 cookies
• 10 donuts
• 10 macarons
• 10 Brownies/fudge

or an alternative combination of the above

Delivery

Delivery and setup within 30kms of North Lakes. Delivery and setup outside of 30km zone will be quoted when required.

Extra Guests

Extra guests are $22.50 per person for seated guests. Includes everything as mentioned above.
